Did everyone feel the Earthquake!? That was exciting!!! Good thing I was in CA when the last one hit so I knew what one felt like...
It originated a little north of Ottawa... 5.5. I was sitting at my desk at school reading a magazine (trying to occupy my time on my last full day of school) when the whole buiding started swaying back and forth. At first I knew it was an earthquake, then reasoning told me it was probably the massive construction going on at the school, and I was a little nervous at the fact that the whole building was moving... found out later, my first instinct was correct! It only lasted about 5 seconds, but it was exciting!
I was working my landscaping job when the earthquake happened. I just figured a big truck or something just went by on the highway... but once I got to chat with my boss and my co-worker, I then learned it was an earthquake... it was a real neat experience!

An earthquake in Greene? What was the magnitude? Where were you when you felt it?
