Late April snowstorm - a few days after I got the Kayak out on an 80 degree day and put away my all the snow shovels.  The weather this year makes the record books much too often. The tulips are making a brave stand, but the lilacs look defeated.

Machu Picchu

We made it to the lost city of Machu Picchu, Peru - and back again.  This is the view from the Sun Gate - just a 1000 stairs or so above the city.

The rafting trip was all Nancy's idea - I am the one in the yellow helmet.  She held down the raft opposite me.

Posting under Vicki's name because that's how she left my computer.  Just trying out adding pics.  Here are two interesting ones - the porcupine eating the last of the winter apples, and two herds of deer met up right outside the kitchen door.
