Snow day #4... time to get creative... spent the day making 3 different types of biscotti! My favorite would have to be the orange cranberry chocolate chip ;) Maybe a little sewing this afternoon... hope everyone is enjoying the snow! (and hope mom and gram made it down safe to SC... anyone hear from them yet?)

We had #4 today, also, but I had to run in to pick up my grades and report cards so I could get them done. The travellers made it to Virginia for the night last night. I got a message this morning that they were going for a late start after letting the freezing mist thaw. I don't know what the weather is like down there today. Anticipating anopther day off tomorrow - what fun!
Still only 2... :(
oh what a sad face.. I'm really wishing I went in the school social worker direction right now.. My agency never closes! ...mild anger after a 2 hour evening commute...buuuttt i have wednesdays off so I can't complain too much :P
Trace - sounds like a nice day, I'm still trying to conceptualize in my head how one bakes biscotti - how does it become so hard?
Enjoy the time off everyone and careful on the ice..i slipped down my stairs this morning - right after a woman walking down the street saw me singing "its a wiiinter woooonderlaaand." ...and down i went. Okay, I guess I should do some schoolwork now. Hey Sahara...wooohooo on half the school year complete, and hope BU this semester is going well!
Psychology class... barf... I'll call you or Stace if I need any help! :) Your slipping and falling story compares quite nicely to that of my mother... hahahaha.... In front of Gramma D's. :) I've been doing homework on this lovely snow day. That's one thing they're good for! Stay warm and dry... and on your feet! :)
Haha, I too slipped and fell yesterday coming down my steps.. only Kylie witnessed the act though!
Jess-- in order to make biscotti so crunchy, you bake it twice (once as a "log" and once after you cut it). I'll send you a recipe!
At least they gave me a large pizza and only charged for a medium!
