The Baptist church burned to the ground this morning - nobody was hurt, and it is only a building. The church body is strong, but faces a lot of decision-making in the near future. Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers.

I'm sorry to hear about your church. Jane and I have you in our prayers. An interesting fact: When the Canandaigua Baptist church burned down they moved in with the Presbyterians and after a year or two it became the United Church. They shared two ministers and alternated services for a few years until one retired. Now the Baptist is an associate minister(usually in one of their first ministries). This has worked for nearly fifty years now. Where there is love and prayer there is ALWAYS hope.
