Gift exchange for those who bring gifts to exchange (as always) AND a game just for fun.
This short note of instruction is meant for any person not a member of the Gavett second generation. Any material games brought by these other generations must be played before or after the main event.
You are allowed to bring a gift if you feel this worn out tradition is worth the trouble of rewrapping something that previously nobody else wanted to trade for. Yes, a gift you received a couple years back, maybe one not even from a Gavett Christmas but a rewrap nevertheless. But you are not allowed to bring a game to be played during the main event! Supplying these games are best left up to the second generation. The seven siblings(no spouses) brains are a bit more advanced for such a matter. For we will not 'bring' a game, the games we will be offering will be intellectual masterpieces given to countless hours of intuitive thinking and planning. If and I stress the word if, in another couple decades with careful guidance from your elders, if you listen from us and study our ways, possibly you can come up with a game. I, myself think this is rather unlikely but there is always hope. Merry Christmas
